Kerry P Gray was
the President and CEO of Access Pharmaceuticals and a director
of Access Pharmaceuticals from January 1996 until May 2005. He
served as President and CEO of Access Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a
private Texas corporation from June 1993 to 1996. Previously,
Mr. Gray served as President and Chief Financial Officer of PharmaScience, Inc. a company he co-founded to acquire
technologies in the drug delivery area. From May 1990 to
August 1991, Mr. Gray was Senior Vice President, Americas,
Australia and New Zealand for Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, Inc. Prior
to the Rhone-Poulenc Rorer merger, he had been Area Vice
President Americas of Rorer International Pharmaceuticals.
From 1986 to may 1988, he was Vice President, Finance of Rorer
International Pharmaceuticals, having served the same capacity
at Revlon Health Care Group of companies before the
acquisition by Rorer Group. Between 1975 and 1985, he held
various senior financial positions with the Revlon Health Care
