DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 6, 2005--ULURU Inc. ("ULURU") who has signed a definitive merger agreement with Oxford Ventures, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: OXFV) today announced that Discus Dental has been granted the sole distribution rights for Aphthasol in the United States.

In extensive clinical studies Aphthasol has been proven effective in accelerating the healing of aphthous ulcers and reducing the pain associated with the condition. Clinical studies have also shown that the ulcerative phase of the disease can be aborted if the product is used at the first sign or symptom of the disease. Aphthasol was the first prescription product approved by the FDA to treat aphthous ulcers. Subsequently, approval has been granted by the FDA for OraDisc A which incorporates the same active that is in Aphthasol in an erodible mucoadhesive film. This product has also been licensed to Discus Dental.

Under the terms of the agreement with Discus Dental, ULURU will receive royalties on the sales of Aphthasol. In addition on the launch of OraDisc A, Discus Dental will pay a licensing fee and make further milestone payments based upon the commercial success of the product.
