Mr. Wallberg, a
Certified Public Accountant, possesses an extensive and
diverse background with over 30 years of experience with
entrepreneurial/start-up companies. Prior to joining ULURU
Inc., Mr. Wallberg was Chief Financial officer (CFO) with
Alliance Hospitality Management and previous to that was CFO
for DCB Investments, Inc., a Dallas, Texas based real estate
holding company. During his five year tenure at DCB
Investments, Mr. Wallberg acquired valuable experience with
several successful start-up businesses and dealing with the
external financial community. Prior to DCB Investments, Terry
spent 22 years with Metro Hotels, Inc., serving in several
finance/accounting capacities and culminating his tenure as
Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Wallberg is a member of the
American Society and the Texas Society of Certified Public
Accountants and is a graduate of the University of Arkansas. |
